Hollytop is a beautiful house standing in a garden of two and a half acres overlooking Rutland Water close to the historic town of Stamford, Lincolnshire. Hollytop offers quality bed and breakfast served in an elegant conservatory overlooking a walled garden.

En suite rooms and breakfast £60.00 pppn. All rooms have TV, tea and coffee making facilities with ample parking.
Apologies but no children, pets or smoking.

Excellent local restaurants, pubs and the renowned Hambleton Hall just over the water.

Hollytop House is located in the village of Manton three miles from Uppingham and Oakham and seven miles from Stamford.
